Come celebrate 50 years of SAIL memories! Join us in this all-classes reunion and anniversary party, commemorating 50 years of SAIL High School. Come be part of the reminiscing, reconnecting, and making new memories with old friends. Whether you went to SAIL in the 70s or in the 2000s, your kids were SAIL students in the 90s, or you are a beloved former or current staff member, we will be celebrating you!
This will be an all-weekend event, so mark your calendars now!
Friday, Feb. 14 (11:40AM – 2PM): Visit the Current Campus
- Celebrate Valentine’s Day by writing a “Love Letter to SAIL”!
- This is a FREE alum-focused event to see the new campus and interact with the current students & staff. Enjoy live performances, share your SAIL stories, go on a campus tour, bury a time capsule, and more.
- PLEASE NOTE: REGISTRATION TO VISIT THE CURRENT CAMPUS (THIS FRIDAY) IS CLOSED! The new campus is at capacity and will not be able to accommodate walk-ups. Unregistered guests will not be able to come on campus.
Saturday, Feb. 15 (5pm – 10pm): Party at the Moon!
Visit and take photos with old friends and staff members, view sentimental displays, and dance to live music by the one and only SOULAR SYSTEM band, reunited for this magical evening.
Ticket Info & Security:

Intended for Alums, Staff, & Folks who love SAIL! Ticketed Event; Adults-only (no current SAIL students or children).

While you can buy a ticket at the door, we would strongly prefer all tickets purchased by Monday, Feb. 10 so that our caterers are prepared.

The deadline for financial hardship ticket requests is now CLOSED.

Checking In: If you already have your ticket, show your confirmation email to the Moon staff at the front ticket counter. If you are part of an early-bird group bundle, provide the name of the purchaser. If you are a sponsor or SAIL staff member, your name will be on a list at the ticket counter.

Security: For everyone’s safety, the Moon’s security team is responsible for wanding (metal detection), bag checks, and ensuring guests do not enter through any other door besides the front entry. Ticket staff will validate all tickets at the front doors and keep counts of the number of people that have entered the building.

Please note: Do not bring outside food, alcohol, drugs, or weapons.

Parking is free! There will be a parking attendant at all times.

Doors open at 5pm.

Mr. Wiggly will welcome everyone at 5:30pm.

- 7PM: Brief speeches, a toast, and cutting of the cake!
- 7:30PM: Soular System performs
- There will be a 50/50 raffle drawing during their set break, cash only.

Dancing will be in full-swing until we close for the night at 10PM.

Enjoy complimentary light hors d’oeuvres by our Presenting Sponsor, Seven Hills Hospitality Group (inside), and dinner-for-purchase by Street Chefs food truck (in the Parking lot). Stick around for a fabulous cake by Au Péché Mignon French Pastry Shop!

Please note the Moon will have alcohol/ NA beverages for purchase at their bar. We will provide a separate water table.

There will be reserved sponsor tables, but the rest are for you to utilize.

Smokers can go out to their side patio.
- We will have a professional photographer, Avery Bristol, from 6-9pm to capture all the fun, along with a fabulous photo booth by sponsor, Tally Entertainment! Pose in front of a biodegradable rainbow balloon arch by Amanda Jordan of Bee Girl Balloons and strike a pose to remember this amazing evening of SAIL-fun!
- Folks can also make a donation over $20 to bring home the beautiful flower arrangements, generously donated by SAIL alum Amy Von Chamier with Happy Flower Farms. Just tear off the tags and bring them to the merch table.
Sunday, Feb. 16 (12pm – 3pm): SAIL Family Picnic on Macomb St. to commemorate the Old Campus
- Free event! Intended for SAIL families & community.
- Informal family picnic & commemorative plaque dedication at the old SAIL campus (at 1:30pm).
- Bring your lunch, cooler, blankets, and favorite yard game for this laid-back visit with friends and family. We will provide water & chalk art supplies.
- If you’re a Maker, feel free to set up a booth to sell your goods.
- There will be a porta-potty, tent, and a few tables and chairs as well.

- The Party at the Moon is an adults-only ticketed event. The Sunday picnic is free and open to families.
- There will be Late Admission Tickets from Feb. 1 – Feb. 15, if we’re not already at capacity.
